On-Call Service

A mass spectrometer repair can be a costly issue and, if not done properly, create a lot of headache. Our skilled service engineers have a long lasting experience in mass spectrometry repair and can quickly resolve the problems on your systems. We also offer remote support via TeamViewer, which can often help to solve simple adjustment issues or to better locate the source of an error in order to be able to ship the proper spare parts in advance.
